Product Description
Significance: Holi is the most Fun festival of all. The festival signifies the arrival of the Spring season and the end of winter. It is believed that Lord Krishna used to celebrate this festival with colors at Vrindavan and Gokul, hence “Holi is a festival of Colors”. Because of its fun nature, Holi is celebrated by Hindus and also many Non-Hindus as well.
Ritual of the Day: On the eve of Holi, a small bonfire is lit and a small ceremony of “Holika Dahan” is performed to signify the burning of the evil. The Next day is Holi and kids and adults alike play with each other putting bright color powders on everyone and shouting “Holi Hai “.
Some also play with water guns and splashing water on each other.
