If you wish to return a product, as an initial step, please contact us at info@ritualsnmore.com so that we can check the necessary details and update the system accordingly.

We have a 7-day return policy.

Rituals N More reserves the right to determine if the returned product is in proper condition and/or in its original packing. It also has the right to reject the returned goods if found to be used or tampered with.

If purchases have been made online, refunds will be given through the Original Mode of Payment. It might take up to 21 days for the refund amount to show in your credit card or bank account.

Items purchased through Coupon Code, Voucher(s), Loyalty points, or Store credit, will be refunded with store credit only. Store credit might take 3-5 days to reflect under My Account section.

Important Notice: Products bought from the “SALE” category has a “No Refund, No Exchange” policy.

CANCELLATION

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
